- Perform a VISUAL SAFETY INSPECTION according to our Safety Inspection Form. If any fluid levels are low they can be topped off for an additional cost of the needed fluid. 1. front crankshaft oil seal leaks engine oil, valve covers leak engine 2. freeze plug driver side rear of cylinder head leaks coolant 3. brake fluid, power steering oil, transfer case oil, front & rear differential oils are all very dirty 4. throttle valve needs cleaning 5. battery needs to be replaced, positive terminal threads are stripped in battery 6. idler arm & pitman arm ball sockets are loose
- Possible problem with stuck oil pressure relief valve in oil pump or worn cam bearings. TRY UNPLUGGING OIL PRESSURE SENDER & SEE IF BUZZER STOPS RINGING IN THE DASH. WE UNPLUGGED THE OIL SENDER & THE BUZZER HAS STOPPED DINGING, WE WILL LEAVE IT UNPLUGGED.
- Replace positive battery, threads in battery are stripped, needs new battery
- Replace water temp sender electrical connector
